BRICORAMA, a new concept in Tunisia to meet the expectations of the consumer

BRICORAMA Tunisia has met the Tunisian consumer’s expectations when creating a space where different trades are meeting… This initiative eases his life, orientates his choices and offers unbeatable prices.

The MED BUSINESS HOLDING Group that promotes the BRICORAMA project chose the mass retailing sector to fill the absence of a supermarket specialized in Do It Yourself.

BRICORAMA, a French brand of Do-It-Yourself stores, founded in 1975, is one of the leaders in its sector with a sales turnover of 658 M€. It counts 178 stores in Europe and Tunisia is the 7th country to welcome the store brand.

BRICORAMA Tunisia is proposing four different sectors to the customers: Do-It-Yourself, decoration, gardening and building materials in which four themes are developed: present, tendency, nomad and vitamin. In a 10 000 square meters space that includes a fast food court, 35 000 articles of renowned brands, with attractive prices, are offered to the clients.

BRICORAMA Tunisia has created more than 250 jobs, and contributed to the local economic development, when facilitating the contacts between the Tunisian suppliers and the store, enabling local companies to export their products towards European countries where the store brand is present.

At BRICORAMA Tunisia, the idea of simple sale is obsolete because the employees in charge of selling the products are continuously trained to become real advisors (not only sellers) who know how to guide their clients to select the adequate product.

BRICORAMA Tunisia takes his clients in hand from the beginning of their reflection until the installation of the product they bought. Through all these efforts, BRICORAMA Tunisia is gaining the fidelity of his clientele. To strengthen this loyalty, a BricoBonus Fidelity Card was implemented since the opening of the store.

MED BUSINESS HOLDING Group wants BRICORAMA Tunisia to become the leader in the Do-It-Yourself and building materials sectors and to gather in the same space all articles dedicated to the house, from A to Z;

The expansion of BRICORAMA Tunisia will continue in Maghreb, as the MED BUSINESS HOLDING Group has already acquired a piece of land for the new store in Sousse. Meantime, contacts have been made with Libyan investors to settle the store brand in Libya.
