BATIMED is a building company created by Mohamed Imed TRABELSI in 2005.

The company is involved in shell building, construction, inside and outside works, finishing works.

In only four years, BATIMED is already renowned in the building trade sector with the construction of important real estate projects belonging to the MED BUSINESS HOLDING Group. The Residence Beau Rivage, near Tunis (154 apartments and 22 commercial spaces), BRICORAMA with a built area of 10 000 square meters, or the Jebel Jelloud Show Room which surface represents 800 square meters are beautiful examples of these accomplishments.

BATIMED tomorrow

Early 2010, BATIMED will start a new real estate project in Lac II, for its sister company, LOFT IMMOBILIER : The Residence Al Khaleej will count 24 up market apartments and duplex, with a swimming pool built on the terrace-roof of the Residence, in front of the lake of Tunis.

BATIMED, now stronger through its successes and experiences, is ready to gain new market shares outside the holding’s projects, in the very active building trade sector.
